The organization has been running a Nursery-cum-Upper Primary School since 1993 in Ghatal block for the education of the poor illiterate backward children of landless men and women labourers who often go for work elsewhere, outside their locality. Since 1998 onwards gradually the school was upgraded from class V, VI, VII and class VIII and since 2005 class IX started. At present there are more than 350 students, mostly dropouts and child labourers undergoing education in the school (from nursery to class IX) and even in the midst of paucity of funds the organization is providing books, dresses, bags and mid day meals to the students. We need your support for providing them school bags. A school bag costs Rs. 150.
